Liacom Systems Ltd., company no. 512052994, 5 Hatzoref St., Holon ("the Company"), respects the privacy of the website's users and works to protect the personal information provided to it in the course of using the website.
1. Collection and use of information
When you contact us through the contact form, your name, email address and the content of your inquiry are collected as required fields, as well as your phone number and company name, if provided. This information is used solely to handle the inquiry and get back to you.
CVs sent to the Company by email are used to assess suitability for positions and to manage the recruitment process.
Technical information, such as IP address and browser and device type, is also collected during use of the website, for operating and securing the website.
Statistical data is collected through Google Analytics only if the user has consented to statistics cookies.
There is no legal obligation to provide the Company with information through the website. However, without the fields marked as required we cannot handle the inquiry.
The Company does not use information provided to it through the website for marketing purposes, and does not sell personal information to third parties.
2. Disclosure to service providers and third parties
Information may be processed by service providers that help the Company operate the website, including:
- Cloudflare – infrastructure, security and protection of the website;
- Microsoft 365 – receiving inquiries and managing the Company's mailbox;
- Google Analytics – usage statistics, subject to the user's consent.
Some service providers may process or store information outside Israel, including in Europe and the United States, in accordance with applicable law.
The Google map on the contact page loads automatically, so Google receives technical information, including the user's IP address.
The Company may also disclose information where required by law, court order or the demand of a competent authority.
4. Retention periods
Information is kept for the following periods:
- Inquiries through the website – up to 6 months;
- CVs – up to 12 months;
- Statistical data – up to 14 months.
Information may be kept for longer where required by law or to protect the Company's rights in legal proceedings.
5. Your rights
Under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741–1981, you may inspect the personal information held about you and ask to correct or delete it, in the cases set out in the law. You may also ask for an inquiry or CV to be deleted before the end of its retention period, and withdraw your consent to non-essential cookies via "Cookie Settings".

6. Updates to this policy
The Company may update this policy from time to time. The date of the latest update appears at the top of the page.
In case of any conflict between the Hebrew and English versions, the Hebrew version shall prevail.
